Altar-Bot

Altar-Bot is a silent little online robot whose only goal is to anonymously gather and post any and all altars that meditative practivioners would like to share. By using online technolgies to share sacred spaces, inspiration and imagination take form. All handled, by the mighty Altar-Bot!

Web Design...
Altar-Bot runs using a modified version of Wordpress, a search-engine freindly PHP-driven Content Management System used widely for blogging. The powers of Wordpress, when used wisely, allows users to anonymously post images of the Altars, to be later determined for spamminess by the keeper of the Bot.

Logo Development... The entire bot visually hangs from the shoulders of this mighty metallic rendition of the Kamakura Buddha, or Amitabha, the Buddha of Light. Always empty, the Bot is ready to be filled with more Altars, and lies in meditative wait until. Click the image to the left to get a better shot.

Pin Design... Known as the Shunyata Badge, this simple badges depicts the empty symbol of the Altar-Bots chest, signifying "Shunyata" or "emptiness" in Buddhist philosphy. The are sold over at BuddhaBadges, where the proceeds are donated to good causes.

T-Shirts... Following the lead if the "Shunyata Badge" aboe, the Shunyata shirt is sold through RedBubble and comes in both with or black!
