Pop Trash Boutique
Opening just last year, Pop Trash Boutique is a hot-as-heck girls clothing store opened up by Frankenknuckle’s Owner’s Best Friend Danielle, and her sister, Kristen. Selling all sorts of girls tops, skirts, pants, bags and other accesories, these two have created a sweet little space in the heart of New Brunswick to try and bring the sexy back to New Jersey. Situated in downtown NB on Easton Avenue, Pop Trash caters to all the girls who care what they look like from the local college chicks to those who travel in across the Raritan. Ladies: Go, buy, and feel the lusciousness of buying presents for yourself!
Web Design... A sweet and simple, untraditionally formatted site that we worked on to capture some of the textures of the store itself, and yield a modern-yet-sexy with-a-splash-of-creativity feel that comes with the lines and styles that Pop Trash carries. A fluidic approach: Valid XHTML, CSS, Javascript... you’re basic masterpiece. Click the image to the right to load the site.
Logo Development... Working from imagery and ideas from the two sisters, they had a very clear idea of their color scheme and iconography, and I was able to bring to the table a graphic style for the logotype and a modular approach to the logo itself, which lends it to be applicable in a wider variety of situations. Business Cards...Everyone/place/thing needs a business card. Printed in raised-ink on a glossy pink stock, this simple yet feminine card does it’s job as most things should: subtly and exactly. Click the image to the right to blow it up.
Flyer Design... Four designs on a theme. Printed on a matching bright fuschia stock and passed out all over the Central Jersey area, what more can be said about flyers that hasn't already been said. When they work, they work. Click the image to the left to see.
Pins... Still in the design phase, these half-inch beauties will be printed and used either as promotional pieces or sold in packs of 4 or 6, depending on how the ladies would like to go. Click the image to the right to be a first to see these hotties.
